# Niche Finder

> Niche Finder maps 48,000+ YouTube channels by who watches them and shows the niches where small channels win, with a verdict, title ideas and a 30-day test. 20 free credits to start.

Niche Finder is a web app for YouTube creators deciding what channel to start or how to grow one. It crawls public
YouTube pages every day and groups channels by the audience they share, then scores each niche for a given channel
profile (country, ages, languages, video length, how the videos are made) and shows where channels under 50K
subscribers already get views.

## Pages

- [Home](https://nichefinder.si/): what it does, example niches and small channels winning now
- [Features](https://nichefinder.si/features): every tool, by what it helps with
- [Pricing](https://nichefinder.si/pricing): credits, what each analysis costs
- [Sign up](https://nichefinder.si/signup): 20 free credits, no card

## Pricing

20 free credits on sign-up, then $1.00 per 10 credits. No subscription; credits never
expire; an analysis that fails gives its credits back.

- Niche finder (149 credits, 15 to 30 minutes): Every niche ranked for your channel, the best 8 checked with every tool, screened by AI, and the finalists judged by the analysts. You pay only for what runs.
- Niche verdict (47 credits, 8 to 12 minutes): Two AI analysts investigate the niche with our data, a red-team attacks their verdict, then it is revised and checked. You get the decision, the lane to take, title ideas and a 30-day test.
- Idea verdict (47 credits, 8 to 12 minutes): The same investigation as a niche verdict, focused on one untapped idea: is it worth a channel, and how to test it.
- Channel strategy (20 credits, 5 to 15 minutes): On top of the free diagnosis, a strategist writes what to keep, what to stop, 8 video ideas checked against what is already published, and a 5-video test. A red-team checks it.
- Deep audience map (5 credits, 3 to 10 minutes): The free audience map, then the 3 channels its viewers watch most mapped too: about three times the channels around it, and the map one step further.
- Video ideas (6 credits, 1 to 3 minutes): 10 video ideas for a channel, each built from a recent hit of the channels its viewers also watch, with its hook and the hits it comes from. Ideas that copy a published title are dropped.
- Launch plan (8 credits, 1 to 3 minutes): After a verdict that says go, your first 10 videos in order, with what each covers, its length and thumbnail idea, how often to publish, and the views that tell you it works.
- Thumbnail check (4 credits, about a minute): Your thumbnail against the thumbnails of the niche's recent hits: a score on 6 points, what the hits share, and what to fix first.
- Channel diagnosis (free, 2 to 12 minutes): What works on a channel and what drags it down, from its own videos and the channels its viewers also watch.
- Most replayed moments (free, under a minute): Where viewers rewind on any public video or channel, and what is said there.
- Title check (free, about a minute): Whether a title that did well owes it to its pattern: every video using the pattern, against its own channel, by niche.
- Audience map (free, 1 to 5 minutes): Adds a channel to our data, or refreshes it, and maps the channels its viewers watch next.
- My channel insights (free, about a minute): Your connected channel's click-through, retention and traffic, turned into what to fix on each video.

## Features

### Find a niche

Groups of channels that share an audience, scored against each other.

- Niche finder: No channel to paste: every niche ranked for your profile, the best 8 checked with every tool, and the finalists judged by the analysts. You pay only for what runs.
- Niches, scored: Every niche ranked on demand, competition, room for small channels, momentum, how often hits repeat, and fit with long videos. As a list or a map.
- Niche verdict: AI analysts investigate a niche with our data and sign a verdict: enter or not, the lane to take, title ideas, a plan and a 30-day test. A second analyst cross-examines it first.
- Find a channel's niche: Search a channel by name or @handle and land on the niche it belongs to.
- Niche history: Each niche's channels, small winners, median views and newcomers, day by day: tell a rising niche from a crowding one.

### Find an idea

Videos nobody makes yet, for viewers who already watch the subject.

- Untapped ideas: A title format that already wins on nearby subjects, on a subject the same viewers watch and nobody makes it on. With the other formats that would work too.
- Trending subjects: Subjects making more hit videos than usual these last 60 days, flagged on every idea: the audience is there now.
- Idea verdict: The analysts test one idea: who already does it, whether it repeats, how to angle it, and a test to run.
- Title check: A title did well: was it the title or the subject? Every video using the same pattern, measured against its own channel, by niche.
- Outliers: This month's videos at 5 times their channel's usual views or more, in every niche, filtered by period and channel size.
- Video ideas for your channel: 10 ideas built from the recent hits of the channels your viewers also watch, each with its hook and the hits it comes from.
- Thumbnail check: Your thumbnail against the thumbnails of the niche's recent hits: 6 scores, what the hits share, what to fix first.

### Know a channel

Yours, or one you'd like to beat.

- Channel check: What works on a channel and what drags it down: its formats, title habits, subjects, peers, and the audience gaps it could take.
- Most replayed moments: Where viewers rewind on its most viewed videos, and what is said at each peak. Part of every channel check.
- Your YouTube Analytics: Connect your channel with Google once: checking it adds its click-through, how much of each video is watched, who watches and from where.
- Channel strategy: What to keep, what to stop, 8 video ideas checked against what's already published, and a 5-video test. Red-teamed before you see it.
- Launch plan: After a verdict that says go: your first 10 videos in order, how often to publish, and the views that tell you it works.
- Watchlist and tracker: Follow niches, ideas and up to 5 competitors side by side. A weekly email says what moved, only when something did.

### Explore audiences

Built from what YouTube recommends beside each video.

- Audience maps: Where a channel's viewers go next and come from, on close, medium and far rings, or as a network. Filter by views, breakout, length and language.
- Map any channel: Add a channel we don't have yet, or refresh one, and watch its map fill in while we read it.
- Collab partners: Channels between a fifth and five times your size that share your viewers, strongest overlap first.

### Made for your channel

Set once, used everywhere.

- Your channel profile: Country, viewers' ages, languages, video length and how you produce: every verdict and strategy judges for it.
- Results as they come: Analyses show what they find while they run: the evidence, the channels that flop, the objections, the diagnosis before the strategy.
- PDF and Markdown: Every verdict downloads as a clean PDF or as Markdown, and waits in your library.

### Build on it

For your scripts, tools and agents.

- API: Every feature from your own code, with a key: niches, ideas, the audience mesh and every analysis.
- For AI agents: One Markdown file that teaches your agent the API, including when to ask you before spending credits.
- Inside Claude: Connect your account to Claude on the web, desktop or Claude Code, and ask about niches, outliers and channels in plain words.

## Questions

- Where does the data come from? From our own crawl of public YouTube pages: channels, their videos and the channels YouTube recommends beside them. It refreshes every day, and nobody else maps channels by who watches them.
- What does a verdict tell me? Whether a new channel with your profile should enter the niche now, test it first or stay out, with the lane to take, title ideas, a 30-day test and the videos that prove each point.
- Is it only for faceless or AI channels? No. You set who your channel is for: country, ages, languages, video length and how you produce. Every ranking and verdict runs for that profile.
- Do I need to connect my YouTube channel? No. Connecting it with Google is optional: it adds your private analytics to your channel check and finds who to collab with.
- What if an analysis fails? Its credits come back to your balance automatically. You only pay for analyses that finish.
- Is there a subscription? No. You buy credits when you need them and they never expire.
